Job Reports Documentation

This document provides step-by-step instructions for generating, viewing, and downloading reports on the TraffMind AI platform.

Step 1: Initial Setup

  • Session State Check:
    • Ensure that your company name and email are correctly set in the session state. This information is crucial for accessing the correct reports.
    • If this is your first time accessing the page, or if there have been changes to your user email or company name, the page will automatically refresh to load the latest data.

Step 2: Refresh Reports

  • Refresh Button:
    • If needed, click the "Refresh Reports" button to reload the latest report data. This is especially useful if you've recently submitted jobs or made changes to your data.

Step 3: Select a Location

  • Dropdown Menu:
    • Use the dropdown menu to select the location for which you want to view reports. This menu lists all available locations associated with your submitted jobs.

Step 4: Generate and View Reports

  • Data Fetching:
    • Once you select a location, the system fetches the relevant data, including the vector information and processed image data.
    • The system will display an image with plotted vectors and labels for the selected location. This visual representation helps you quickly understand the traffic flow and vector placements.
  • Movement Data:
    • The system also fetches movement data, including vehicle counts across different directions and timestamps. This data is displayed in a table format for easy review.

Step 5: Download Reports

  • Download PDF:
    • After reviewing the data, you can generate a PDF report by clicking the "Download PDF" button. The PDF includes a summary of the movement data, vector directions, and your company and user details.
  • Download Excel:
    • If you prefer working with the data in Excel, click the "Download Excel" button. This will generate an Excel file containing the movement data, formatted for analysis.

Step 6: Viewing the PDF

  • PDF Preview:
    • After generating the PDF, the system will render it as an image directly on the page. This allows you to preview the report before downloading.

Additional Notes

  • Error Handling:
    • Ensure that your selected location has valid data. If no data is available for a given location, the system will notify you.
  • Column Width Adjustment:
    • The column widths in the PDF report are automatically adjusted based on the content to ensure that all data is clearly visible.

These guidelines provide a comprehensive approach to generating and downloading traffic analysis reports within the TraffMind AI platform, ensuring that users can efficiently access and utilize the data from their processed jobs.
