This document provides step-by-step instructions for checking the status of your submitted jobs on the TraffMind AI platform.
Step 1: Accessing the Job Status Page
Upon logging into the TraffMind AI platform, navigate to the "Job Status" page to view the status of your video processing jobs.
Step 2: Viewing Job Status
The page displays a table with detailed information about your submitted jobs, including the job name, start and end times, status, and links to download processed video files (if available).
Refresh Data:
Click the "Refresh Data" button if you need to update the table with the latest job statuses. This ensures you have the most current information about your jobs.
Step 3: Understanding the Job Status Table
Columns in the Table:
Location Name: The name of the job or location associated with the job.
Start Time: The time when the job processing started.
End Time: The time when the job processing ended. If this field is empty, the job is still in progress.
Status: The current status of the job (e.g., In Progress, Completed, Failed).
File Names: Links to the processed video files. If video output was requested, these links allow you to download the final processed videos.
Download Links:
If video processing was completed and the "write video" option was selected, you will see clickable links in the "File Names" column. These links will take you to a download page for the processed videos.
Step 4: Accessing Traffic Reports
After reviewing the status of your jobs, you can proceed to view detailed traffic reports by clicking on the provided link to the "Traffic Reports" page.
Additional Notes
If no jobs have been submitted or processed, an error message will indicate that no data is available.
